Indoor Mile: 4:37.26 (2012)

2011-12: Placed 12th overall in the indoor mile at the UNC Invitational, running 4:37.26.

Prep: Three-time All-State, All-County and All-Conference honoree at Marvin Ridge ... Ran a career-best 1:56.77 to place eighth in the 800-meter and on the third-place 4x800 relay at the North Carolina 3A championship in 2011 ... Prep-best of 4:30.14 in the 1,600-meter, which he set while winning the 2011 Union County title ... Helped Marvin Ridge to an outdoor state title in 2009 as well as runner-up finishes in indoor track in 2010 and 2011 and a runner-up finish in cross country in 2010.
