2012-13: Indoors, ran a career-best 8:40.43 in the 3,000-meter run at the Virginia Tech Invitational to finish seventh ... Ran a career best 14:58.74 in the 5,000-meter at the Armory Collegiate Invitational in New York City ... At the Big South Indoor Championship, ran on the fifth-place distance medley relay and took 10th in the 5,000-meter with a time of 14:58.80 ...
