2012-13: Outdoor, placed second in the steeplechase at the Big South Championship with a career-best 8:55.16 ... Won the steeplechase  at the 2013 Colonial Relays ... Finished fourth at the Big South Championship in the 5,000-meter race with a career-best 14:31.91 ... Came in fifth in the 1,500-meter run at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier by finishing in 3:47.17 ... Indoor, won the Liberty Open 3,000-meter race ... Ran a career-best 8:23.91 in the 3,000-meter at the Big South Championship to finish as runner-up ... Combined with teammates to win the DMR at the Tiger Paw Invitational ...
