Anderson Signs with Rip City Remix

PORTLAND, Ore. – Terry Anderson, former Panther of the High Point University men's basketball team signed with the Rip City Remix, an NBA G League affiliate of the Portland Trail Blazers, for the 2026-27 season.

Anderson completed his collegiate career at HPU in 2026 after helping guide the Panthers to back-to-back Big South regular-season and tournament titles, along with a victory in the first round of the NCAA Tournament after upsetting No. 5 seed Wisconsin. He was named the 2025-26 Big South Tournament MVP and to the All-Tournament team. He closed out the year being named to the NABC All-District team in the South Atlantic region. Overall Anderson compiled 693 points (11.1 per game), 293 rebounds (4.7 per game), 86 assists, 66 steals and 18 blocks during his time with HPU.

"Terry Anderson will be remembered as one of the most impactful players in High Point history," Head Coach Flynn Clayman stated. "In 2025 he was part of the group that erased a 15-point deficit against Winthrop to capture our first Big South championship and first NCAA Tournament berth. In 2026, with no preseason accolades, he became the best player on the winningest team in Big South history, earned Tournament MVP, and helped deliver the program's first NCAA Tournament win. Terry has the talent, toughness, and competitiveness to succeed at the next level, and I fully expect him to have a tremendous professional career."

Anderson will begin his professional career on November 10 as the Remix tip off the season against the Salt Lake City Stars.
