2016-17: Indoor, opened up her senior season at the Virginia Tech Invitational placing 1st in the DMR with a time of 12:52.52...Posted a career best in the mile running a time of 5:00.81 at the Virginia Tech Challenge...Took part in winning the DMR at the Big South Championships running a time of 11:58.81... Ran a career best in the 5000m with a time of 17:47.51 placing 3rd at the Big South Championships.

2015-16: Indoor, set a collegiate-best at the Big South Championships in the mile to finish fifth with a time of 5:02.61...Finished seventh in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 10:32.01 at the Big South Championships...Won the 800-meter run at the Wake Forest Invitational in a time of 2:17.40...Set a collegiate-best of 10:07.50 in the 3,000-meter run at the High Point Panthers Team Challenge...Outdoor, opened up the season strong with a career best in the 3000m with a time of 10:02.86 at the Wake Forest Open...Millis Scholar Athlete.

2014-15: Indoor, finished sixth in the mile at the Big South Championship while setting a new PR of 5:05.04...Also placed seventh in the 800m run at the conference meet (Indoor PR of 2:16.66)...Also part of the HPU DMR team that won the meet title at the UNCG Team Challenge (12:58.44)...Outdoor, won the 3000m steeplechase title at the Big South Championship in a time of 10:36.91...Broke the 3000m steeplechase school record at the Duke Twilight with a blitzing time of 10:36.64...Also finished fifth in the 1500m run at the outdoor conference meet (4:36.10)...Set an outdoor PR in the 1500m run at the Bill Carson Invite (4:35.20) en route to the event title.

2013-14: Indoor, member of the DMR team that finished runners-up at the Big South Championship with school record time of 12:04.42 ... Ran career-best 5:11.21 mile time at Big South Championship ... Named Big South Track Athlete of the Week on Jan. 15 after placing second in the mile at the Wake Forest Invite in 5:11.37 ... Member of DMR team that won HPU Team Challenge in 12:27.01.

Prep: A four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at Lenape High School … First-team All-Conference in all four years … Four-time All-South Jersey first-team in cross country … Three-time All-South Jersey first-team in track … Member of the 4x800 state champion relay team in 2011 … Five-time All-American.
