Won the 5,000-meter at Virginia Tech Invite ... Finished third in 5,000-meter at Hilton Garden Innvitational crossing in 18:02.74. Outdoor, career-best 17:55.14 in the 5000-meter at the Raleigh Relays.

2012-13: Indoor, ran career-best 5:25.51 mile at the Big South Championship ... Also ran career-best 10:37.82 in the 3,000-meter race at the Big South Championship ... Finished fourth in the 3,000-meter at both the JDL Fast Track Championship Tune-up and Liberty Open ... Combined with teammates in the DMR at the Tiger Paw Invitational to place fifth ... Outdoor, had a career-best 11:28.63 in the steeplechase at the Big South Championship ... Finished sixth with career-best 18:48.23 in the 5,000-meter run at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational ... Big South Presidential Honor Roll.
