2013: Named Big South Runner of the Year after winning the Big South Championship with a time of 25:32.28 ... Led HPU in four of six races ... Runner-up at the Western Carolina Invitational (5K) on Aug. 30 with a mark of 15:02.34 ... Won the Furman University Classic on Sept. 14 crossing the line in 23:46.67 ... Placed sixth at the VMI Invitational with a time of 26:59.88 on Sept. 21.

2012: Won the Demon Deacon Quad with Jeff Lacoste ... Took 14th in the Winthrop Inviational with a time of 25:18.12 ... Finished 12th in the Charlotte Invitational with a time of 24:50.13 ...  Placed fifth at the Big South Championship with a mark of 24:52.27... Finished 71st at the NCAA Southeast Regional (10K) with a time of 31:46.24 ... Earned All-Conference honors.

2011: Led High Point in three meets during the cross country season … Earned All-Conference honors, placing third in a career-best 24:15 at the Big South Championship on Oct. 29 … Runner-up at the Big South Preview Meet in 24:57 on Sept. 17 … Placed 63rd in the Paul Short Run in 25:18 on Sept. 30 … Took third at the Blue Ridge Open in 24:38.2 on Oct. 14 … Finished the season as HPU's top finisher, taking 38th at the NCAA Southeast Regional on Nov. 12; ran a career-best 31:11.9 in the 10K.

2010: Named Big South Freshman of the Year ... Earned All-Conference honors ... Took second at the Covered Bridge Open in 19:42.66 (6,400m) ... Third in the Big South Preview at 26:19.12 ... Placed sixth in both the Blue Ridge Open (24:57.50) and Big South Championship (25:01.85) ... 36th in the NCAA Southeast Regional with a time of 31:40.10 (10K).

Prep: North Carolina state champ in cross country as a senior ... Three-time conference champ, three-time region champ and earned All-Conference honors all four years in cross country ... In outdoor track, won both the 1,600-meter and 3,200-meter at the NCHSAA 4A Midwest Regional before placing third in both events at the state championship ... Conference champ in the 800-meter, 1,600 and 3,200 ... High school bests of 1:57 in the 800-meter, 4:16 in the 1,600 and 9:19 in the 3,200.
