2010: Took 12th at the Big South Preview with a time of 27:27.03 ... 34th at the Blue Ridge Open ... Helped HPU to a second place finish at the Big South Championship posting a 13th-place effort in 25:44.63.

2009: In his collegiate debut, placed ninth as an individual at the Wake Forest Relays … Placed 100th at the prestigious Roy Griak Invitational in a time of 26:53 … Placed 25th in 25:52 to help HPU win the Blue Ridge Open … Took 14th in a time of 26:38 to help HPU to a runner-up finish at the Big South Championship.

Prep: North Carolina state champ in the indoor 3,200-meter and runner-up in the outdoor 3,200-meter in 2008 ... Two-time region champ in cross country ...
