Season passes for High Point University baseball can now be purchased online for just $20. Single-game tickets will go on sale Feb. 1 and are $5 each. HPU opens the season Feb. 17 at 4 p.m. against Army at Williard Stadium.

The Panthers play 17 of their first 18 games at home this season and have 33 total home games this season. High Point welcomes NCAA participants Charlotte (Feb. 21), East Carolina (March 21) and Manhattan (March 9-11) to Williard Stadium this season. ACC opponents Virginia Tech and Wake Forest will also make trips to High Point.

HPU will also host the Big South Conference Tournament for the first time in school history. The championship will be held May 22-26 at Williard Stadium. Ticket information will become available closer to the start of the tournament.

This season the Panthers return All-Conference pitcher Jaime Schultz as well as senior infielder Sal Pezzino and junior outfielder Ryan Retz. There are 21 newcomers on the roster including junior college All-American pitchers Malcolm Clapsaddle and Jon Carlson. Clapsaddle was also drafted in the 48th round of the 2011 MLB Draft by the New York Mets. Freshman infielder Mike Miedzianowski also chose High Point over the pros. The second baseman was a 22nd round pick by the Baltimore Orioles.
