HIGH POINT, N.C. — High Point University Women's Lacrosse Head Coach Lyndsey Boswell announced the hiring of Taylor Moncman as the Panthers' newest assistant coach in July 2024.

“I am so excited to be a member of this incredible staff and amazing program,” Moncman said. “My goal at High Point is to use my experiences as a player to encourage and push these girls to develop on the field while also pushing themselves to become better individuals off the field! Go Panthers!"

Moncman comes to High Point after a successful four-year career at Temple University, where she served as a four-year defensive starter and two-time captain. She helped lead the Owls to three American Conference Tournaments and one NCAA Tournament appearance in 2021.

“I’m really excited about Taylor joining our staff,” Boswell said. “She’s professional and mature and will earn the respect of our players right away. Her experience and style of play at Temple is what we were looking for in order to take our defense to the next level. She wants to continue developing structure and consistency with our defensive unit, and I’m excited to hit the ground running with her.”

Moncman graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Health Studies from Temple in May 2024. She is originally from Center Valley, Pennsylvania and now resides in High Point, North Carolina.
