High Point Panthers > Panther Club
What is the Panther Club?
The Panther Club is High Point University's booster club for athletics. The Panther Club was established in 1965, and is charged with enhancing the financial viability of High Point's athletic department, engaging individuals and businesses in a Division I athletic program, and supporting High Point University student athletes and coaches. Donations made to the Panther Club have enhanced a variety of areas, especially scholarships and facility improvements.
The Panther Club is supported by individuals and businesses through the annual membership campaign and special events.
Your donation to the Panther Club directly impacts the student athletes at High Point University, and helps to expand and strengthen the athletic program.

NEW Panther Club Benefits for 2008-2009
Many wonderful changes and enhancements are taking place within the High Point University Athletic Department. First, the Millis Center has been given a facelift. New cushioned seats, new lighting and sound system, a fresh coat of paint, and new basketball floor will take the HPU basketball experience to a new level. The Athletic Department is working diligently to sell each reserved seat within the Millis Center. The Panther Club Board has enhanced the benefits and point system to accommodate our growing Panther Club. These changes include the following:
ON-COURT SUPER SEATS
During the Men’s Basketball games this season, on-court Super Seats will now be located on the sideline in front of sections 101 – 104. These premium seats will have extra benefits which include a personalized embroidered last name etched into each seat purchased, VIF parking, Coaches Chalk Talk prior to each game, and an additional surprise to be included.
COST: Silver ($1,000) level members and above will have the opportunity to purchase seats and allocation will be determined by rank. The cost is $1,000 per seat, which will include WBB Season Tickets. ONLY 20 SEATS ARE AVAILABLE.
RESERVED SEATING
NEW reserved balcony seating will allow Partner/Friend level member to purchase season tickets for the upcoming basketball season. Grand level member and above have the option of purchasing lower level or balcony reserved seating. Please review the Panther Club benefits page to determine the number of tickets available for each giving level.
HOSPITALITY
Due to the overwhelming response from the Panther Club survey and the limited central location to the basketball games, the Panther Club Board has recommended eliminating pre-game hospitality.
Also, in order to create more space in the Ed Pleasants Room during halftime hospitality, better atmosphere, and a more premier event, the Panther Club Board has approved not to allow children under the age of 12 and only two passes per member.
PARKING:
With limited campus and event parking and 1,000 additional freshmen on campus next year, the Panther Club Board of Directors recommends multiple parking locations.
VIF Parking – Front of Millis Center (Platinum/Life Members)
Purple Parking – Lower Parking Area, Millis Center (Gold/Silver Members)
General Parking (no-passes distributed) – Upper Parking Area, Steele Center (Executive/Grand and General Public) SHUTTLE WILL BE PROVIDED.
